At what career stage am I demonstrating the standard?

I believe I am demonstrating this standard at a proficient level.

What is my evidence and how has it been used to demonstrate the standards?

This IBL professional development has forced me to make the effort to learn about how to integrate more technologically sound things into my teachings. Learning how to blog has been challenging and rewarding and has been a massive step in broadening my knowledge and improving my practice. I have broadened my professional network with my colleagues to explore inquiry-based learning and associated pedagogical strategies. Collaboration has been reinforced with the sharing of blogs and philosophies to promote engaged and meaningful learning.
